1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "799pak", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our" refers to the 799pak online gaming platform operated at 799pak.biz and all associated services.
• "Player", "User", "you", "your" refers to any individual who registers an account with, accesses, or uses the 799pak platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal gaming account created by a Player on the 799pak platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds and bonus funds held in a Player's 799pak account at any given time, as displayed in the account dashboard.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet allocations, or bonus amounts credited to an account pursuant to a 799pak promotion, which are subject to separate wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification, the process by which 799pak verifies a Player's identity, age, and payment credentials prior to authorising withdrawals.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked across eligible games before the resulting winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the official currency of Pakistan and the functional currency of all 799pak accounts.
• "Services" means all gaming products, sportsbook markets, live casino tables, slots, keno draws, arcade games, and any other feature or functionality made available through the 799pak platform.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 799pak website, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a wager of any kind, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with any additional terms applicable to specific promotions, games, or features of the platform.

These Terms & Conditions are effective from the date on which you create your 799pak account or, if you accessed the platform prior to that date, from the date on which you first used any of the Services.

799pak reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review this document periodically.

3 Eligibility & Age Requirement

Access to the 799pak platform and all of its Services is subject to the following eligibility conditions, each of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained throughout the duration of your account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is an absolute minimum and is strictly enforced. The 799pak platform is not accessible to persons under the age of 21 under any circumstances.
• You must be accessing 799pak as an individual acting in your personal capacity only, and not on behalf of any commercial or corporate entity for the purpose of operating a gaming business.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of 799pak, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by 799pak or by any recognised responsible gaming authority.

799pak reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. If satisfactory verification cannot be provided, 799pak may suspend or permanently close the account in question and withhold any balance pending investigation. Any winnings generated by a player who was underage at the time of play shall be forfeited in full.

4 Account Registration

To use the paid Services of the 799pak platform, you must register a personal account. The following conditions apply to all account registrations:

• Each individual is permitted to hold one account only. Multiple accounts per person are strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, 799pak reserves the right to close all associated accounts and confiscate any outstanding balances.
• All registration information must be accurate, complete, and current. You must promptly update your account details if any information changes.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 799pak will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to safeguard your credentials.
• You must not share your account with or allow access to your account by any other person. 799pak accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable.
• Accounts created using false, incomplete, or misleading information may be suspended or closed without notice, and any balance held in such accounts may be forfeited pending a full investigation.

Upon detecting any suspicious activity on your account, 799pak may temporarily suspend access while an investigation is conducted. During such periods, you may be required to provide identity documents, proof of payment methods used, or other supporting evidence as part of our KYC process.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 799pak platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following conditions govern deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits:

• Deposits may be made via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL online banking, UBL online banking, and Meezan Bank. 799pak does not accept deposits from payment methods not registered in the account holder's own name.
• Deposits are credited to your 799pak balance promptly upon confirmed receipt of funds. JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are typically credited instantly. Bank transfers may take up to three business hours.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed within the cashier section of your account dashboard. These limits are subject to change at 799pak's discretion.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used to make a deposit into the same account, subject to KYC clearance.
• Before any withdrawal is processed, the Player must have completed KYC verification to 799pak's satisfaction, including submission of a valid government-issued identity document and proof of the payment method used.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to a minimum withdrawal threshold as stated in the cashier section. Withdrawal requests below the minimum threshold will not be processed.
• 799pak reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending review of any account that has triggered our fraud detection or responsible gaming monitoring systems.
• Winnings derived solely from bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirement are not eligible for withdrawal.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

799pak offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time. All such offers are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated at the time the offer is communicated:

• Bonuses are credited to the bonus funds portion of your account balance and are subject to wagering requirements before any resulting winnings can be withdrawn as cash.
• Wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, minimum odds requirements, and any other conditions applicable to a specific promotion will be clearly stated in the promotion's individual terms.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per device, and per payment method. Any attempt to claim a welcome bonus multiple times constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account suspension.
• 799pak reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or discontinue any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any offer already claimed and in progress at the time of withdrawal will be honoured under the terms applicable at the time of claiming.
• Bonuses have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash directly, or used to circumvent withdrawal restrictions.
• Any wager placed using bonus funds on games excluded from the wagering requirements of that bonus will not count towards the requirement and may result in the bonus being voided.

If 799pak determines that a Player has exploited a bonus offer in bad faith, engaged in low-risk betting strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gaming activity, or otherwise abused the spirit of a promotion, 799pak reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel any associated winnings, and close the account.

7 Betting Rules

All bets, wagers, and game rounds placed on the 799pak platform are subject to the following general rules:

• A bet is considered final once it has been accepted and confirmed by the 799pak system. Bets cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed by the Player after acceptance.
• In the event of a technical error during the processing of a bet or game round, 799pak reserves the right to void the affected wager. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the Player's balance.
• All cricket betting markets, including PSL fixtures, bilateral series, and international tournaments, are subject to 799pak's dedicated sports betting rules, which are published separately in the sportsbook section of the platform.
• Live in-play bets are accepted at 799pak's discretion. 799pak reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without notice, including during periods of significant game events.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event, per day, and per sport. These limits are displayed in the applicable betting market and are subject to change.
• In the event of any dispute regarding the outcome of a bet or game round, 799pak's records shall be considered the definitive source of truth. Players may raise disputes within 30 days of the event in question by contacting support.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 799pak platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and may result in referral to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false registration details, using stolen payment credentials, impersonating another person, or making any misrepresentation to obtain access to the platform or any promotional offer.
• Money laundering: Using the 799pak platform in any manner designed to conceal, convert, or transfer funds derived from illegal activity. 799pak is obligated to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to achieve outcomes that provide an unfair advantage, including in poker, live dealer games, or any multiplayer format.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to place bets, play game rounds, or interact with the platform in lieu of genuine human play.
• Bonus abuse: Creating multiple accounts, using third-party details, or employing any strategy designed to claim bonuses fraudulently or to circumvent wagering requirements artificially.
• Exploitation of errors: Deliberately taking advantage of software bugs, pricing errors, or technical malfunctions to obtain an unfair benefit. Any winnings derived from known errors will be voided.
• Threats and harassment: Making threats of any kind, using abusive language, or harassing 799pak staff or other platform users through any communication channel.

9 Responsible Gaming

799pak is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations in this area seriously. The following tools are available to all registered players free of charge via the account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit into your 799pak account. Reductions take effect immediately; increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling period.
• Session Time Limits: Restrict the amount of time you spend on the platform in a single session, with optional reminders at intervals you define.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks) during which login is prevented.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the 799pak platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of six months.

If you believe your gaming behaviour may be causing harm to yourself or others, we strongly encourage you to use these tools and to contact our support team, who are trained to provide guidance without judgement.

10 Intellectual Property

All content, materials, software, design elements, trademarks, logos, game assets, text, graphics, and other intellectual property displayed on or forming part of the 799pak platform are the exclusive property of 799pak or its respective licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 799pak platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any 799pak content without prior written consent.
• Scrape, data-mine, or systematically extract any data from the platform by automated means.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or technology forming part of the 799pak platform.
• Use the 799pak name, logo, or branding in any manner not expressly authorised in writing by 799pak.

Any unauthorised use of 799pak intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may give rise to legal proceedings.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 799pak's total liability to you in connection with any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions, your account, or your use of the platform shall be limited to the net deposits made by you to your 799pak account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

799pak shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise:

• Loss of profits, revenue, business, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or corruption of data.
• Indirect, consequential, or incidental loss of any kind.
• Interruption or unavailability of the platform due to scheduled maintenance, technical failure, or events outside 799pak's reasonable control.
• Any loss arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

12 Privacy & Data Protection

799pak collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the 799pak Privacy Policy.

Key points regarding your personal data at 799pak include:

• Your personal data is collected and used exclusively for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and improving the 799pak platform.
• 799pak will not sell, rent, or transfer your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
• Your data may be shared with regulatory bodies, law enforcement agencies, or fraud prevention services where 799pak is legally required or permitted to do so.
• You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, subject to applicable legal and regulatory obligations that may require 799pak to retain certain records.

13 Account Suspension & Termination

799pak reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• A Player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity is suspected or confirmed.
• A Player is found to be under the age of 21.
• A Player is subject to a self-exclusion order.
• KYC verification has not been completed within the required timeframe.
• The account has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited in full. Where an account is closed at 799pak's discretion for reasons unrelated to Player misconduct, the verified real-money balance (excluding uncleared bonus funds) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

Players wishing to close their own account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting the 799pak support team. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 24 hours.

14 Amendments to These Terms

799pak reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 799pak will provide notice to registered Players via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the amended terms take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulation.

Your continued use of the 799pak platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.

The current version of these Terms & Conditions, as indicated by the "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page, supersedes all previous versions. Archived versions of the Terms & Conditions are available upon written request to [email protected].

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international online gaming standards and the terms of 799pak's applicable gaming licence.

In the event of a dispute between you and 799pak, the following procedure applies:

1. Step 1 – Contact Support: Submit your complaint in writing to [email protected] with full details of the dispute, including your account username, the date(s) of the relevant transactions or events, and the outcome you are seeking.
2. Step 2 – Internal Review: 799pak will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to provide a full written response within ten (10) business days. Complex matters may require additional time; you will be informed if this is the case.
3. Step 3 – Escalation: If you are not satisfied with 799pak's response, you may escalate the matter to the relevant gaming authority under whose licensing framework 799pak operates. Details of the applicable escalation route will be provided in 799pak's written response to your complaint.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief or other provisional remedies from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
